Annual Youth Law Conference

Annual Youth Law Conference

The Youth Law Conference is a one-day event for high-school juniors and seniors that features a variety of legal issues as they pertain to students. It is designed to help the students to become more informed, educate them as citizens, and provide tools for future responsible decision-making.

Students split up and attend all workshops to take back as much information as possible. Teachers and adult chaperones are expected to participate in all events and workshops with their students throughout the day.

Previous Workshop Topics Have Included:

Cyberspace Minefields
Legal Professional Panel
Street Law
Military and the Law
Interactive Mock Trial
Using Forensic Evidence to Solve Crimes
K-9 Unit
