Need Legal Help?
Fellows Program

The purpose of the Fellows program is to support the programs of the Oakland County Bar Foundation. Membership in the Fellows is evidence of professional distinction and constitutes a professional honor. The number of Fellows is limited to not more than 5% of the total active membership of the State Bar of Michigan who practice in Oakland County. Our Fellows program also encourages non-lawyer members.

In addition to the distinction of being invited to be a Fellow, there are some unique advantages and privileges:

  • Your name will be inscribed on the permanent Fellows’ plaque now installed at the Oakland County Courthouse, upon completion of your pledge;
  • You will be invited to the annual Fellows’ reception honoring those who support the charitable works of the OCBF; and
  • You will receive a commemorative Pewabic tile.

    A Fellow is designated by a pledge of $1,000.
    A Charter Fellow is designated by a pledge of $5,000.
