The OCBA ADR Committee hosts a panel of experts who regularly use alternative dispute resolution.

Course Description:  Taking a case to trial can be a long and sometimes financially imprudent process for your client. Our panel of experts will discuss the benefits of incorporating alternative dispute resolution in law practice. Topics of discussion will include:
  • How to use ADR models in litigation;
  • A judge's perspective on the benefits of ADR;
  • How to make ADR your business practice.
