Jason Pernick, Oakland County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, presents a step-by-step guide to best practices during the charging process in Circuit Court. This seminar is part of the OCBA's "Anatomy of a Criminal Case" series, now in its 13th year.  Each seminar in the series is worth one CLE credit for attorneys who receive criminal appointments.
