PROBATION VIOLATIONS AND ALTERNATIVES A PRACTITIONER CAN GET BEHIND

Criminal defense attorney Lisa Dwyer will present an overview of how to handle probation violations.  Ms. Dwyer will unveil new plans to consolidate probation resources in a centralized location and obtain data and feedback from the defense bar regarding the new plans. This seminar is part of the OCBA's "Anatomy of a Criminal Case" series, now in its 13th year. Each seminar in the series is worth one CLE credit for attorneys who receive criminal appointments.    

Pre-registration is recommended since seating is limited.  Pre-registration for this lecture ends January 16th at 5 p.m.  Register here.
