Criminal Brown Bag Lecture - Sentencing Considerations

Presenters will discuss what the defense, prosecution and judges consider during the sentencing phase of trial.



Criminal Defense Attorney Jack Holmes, Oakland County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Louis Meizlish and Judicial Staff Attorney Victoria King will discuss best practices on both sides of the aisle during this critical phase of any trial. This presentation is part of the OCBA's "Anatomy of a Criminal Case" Brown Bag Lecture Series. The series' presentations are worth one hour of Continuing Legal Education credit for attorneys who receive criminal appointments.
