Bring your lunch and join us for in-depth discussions of hot topics, emerging issues, and practice pointers in juvenile law. All seminars are worth 1.5 credits for attorneys on the juvenile assignment list.

Course Description: Christine Piatkowski is a past Chairperson of the SBM Children’s Law Section and the current President of the Oakland County Citizen’s Alliance for the Oakland County Probate and Circuit Courts. She has extensive experience in representing schools, individuals with disabilities, parents and children. This seminar will cover the latest developments regarding legal issues in a school setting.
