The OCBA introduces its new "Law Practice Management Series" focusing on the best practices for starting and maintaining a law practice.

Course Description: As a former associate counsel and senior prosecutor for the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission, Professory Moore is acutely aware of situations that may lead to a grievance against an attorney. Mr. Paterra currently serves on the AGC. Topics of discussion will include:

  • The attorney grievance process
  • The most common complaints from clients
  • When it's time to seek representation in the grievance process
