This seminar will provide you with the tools you need to help clients through Michigan's license restoration process. You will learn strategies for effective client representation including best practices for evidence-gathering, hearings and appeals. You will hear how attorneys can help their clients avoid additional license suspensions and creative plea agreements that can accomplish this goal. 

This seminar is worth one CLE credit for attorneys receiving criminal and juvenile appointments.
