Course Description: Does your practice involve motions seeking appointment of a receiver; temporary, preliminary, or permanent injunctive relief in restrictive covenant or other contexts; or the pursuit of any other type of equitable relief? Business Court practitioners need to understand how such motions are handled in the business court and what can be done to position your client to obtain a favorable result.

A panel of experienced Business Court practitioners will provide their insights and the benefit of their collective experience to help you succeed in Business Court.
