Free Senior's Law Day Program at the Waterford Senior Center
The Oakland County Bar Association (OCBA) is hosting a free legal seminar, Seniors’ Law Day, on Tuesday, May 10, 2016, from 9:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Waterford Senior Center.
Seniors’ Law Day provides an opportunity for senior citizens to ask questions and get answers on areas of that law that are important to them. Sessions are led by OCBA lawyers on a variety of topics, including Guardianships and Conservatorships, Patient Advocacy and Durable Powers of Attorney, Wills and Trusts.
Participants will have an opportunity to talk one-on-one with an attorney and receive brief advice and council during the Ask-a-Lawyer session. The Ask-a-Lawyer session will be available throughout the day from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Lunch will be provided to all participants.
If you or someone you know is interested in attending, please RSVP to the OCBA by calling (248) 334-3400.
Senior's Law Day is provided through generous support from the Oakland County Bar Foundation.
