Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee Meeting

The mission of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee (ADR) is to provide a forum to discuss mediation and arbitration practice, procedure, statutory and case law updates. The committee also strives to provide educational and professional growth opportunities to OCBA members by engaging in joint sessions with other committees whose members would benefit from incorporating ADR techniques into their specialty practices.
