    COURSE DESCRIPTION

    The OCBA and the Criminal Defense Association of Michigan present this hands-on training for court-appointed counsel with less than two years of criminal defense experience. This training fulfills eight hours of the mandatory 16 hours of skills training for these attorneys.* 


     

     

     

     

    Due to class size restriction of sixteen, no walk-ins allowed.

    Registrants must bring a copy of State or Federal Rules of Evidence. 
     

     

    *Attorneys with fewer than two years of experience practicing criminal defense in Michigan shall participate in one basic skills acquisition class.

    Cancellation Policy

    Beginning January 1, 2020, anyone who attends CDAM Skills Training or Evidence Boot Camp will have to provide a deposit fee of $100. Once the registrant checks in for the training, a credit card refund will be issued. Registrants must cancel their registration no later than five days before the event.
