In Michigan, Sobriety Court programs allow eligible individuals convicted of certain drunk driving offenses to regain driving privileges by helping them overcome their addiction. Sobriety Court programs are intense and can be lifesavers, but not every jurisdiction has one. During this seminar, our speakers will discuss eligibility for Sobriety Court, which courts sponsor such programs and the procedure for entering your client into such a program.
