While a legal malpractice lawsuit or grievance can feel very personal to the attorney served with a claim, there are common practices to address such claims. Members of the Collins Einhorn Farrell PC Professional Liability team will assist attorneys with understanding the grievance and malpractice processes from initial stage to completion. Topics of discussion will include:

- best practices to avoid legal malpractice claims and grievances
- tips for addressing difficult client relationships and fee disputes
- do's and don'ts for navigating the grievance and malpractice claims process
- malpractice insurance coverage and how to address insurance needs.
