Summary

The OCBA biennial Circuit-Probate Court Bench/Bar Conference provides judges and attorneys the opportunity to interact outside the courtroom in an informal, solution-oriented environment. During this session our guests cover the psychological and behavioral responses to the pandemic and the importance of self-care. They offer stress-relieving strategies for purpseful practice that can be applied during the work-day, even in court.
