Membership Rates & Types

 

The Oakland County Bar Association is the fastest-growing professional association exclusively representing Oakland County's legal industry. The OCBA seeks to serve the professional needs of our members, improve the justice system, and ensure the delivery of quality legal services to the public.

 

2018-2019 Fee Schedule

Dues valid until June 30, 2019. OCBA fiscal year is July 1 to June 30.

Dues may be prorated based on number of months remaining in the fiscal year.^ Prorated amount will be shown upon check out.

Annual rates listed below include an optional $10 contribution to the Oakland County Bar Foundation where indicated by *. 

 

Regular: Licensed attorney in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan. Members are eligible to vote and hold office.

law school affiliate: Must be employed by a law school, such as professors, teachers, teaching assistants and administrators. Not an active practitioner or member of the legal profession. Not eligible to vote or hold office.

Sustaining: Any membership category is eligible to become a Sustaining member by adding $100 to the membership rate of that category. A Sustaining member’s extra commitment to the association allows the OCBA to offer exemplary services and improved programs to our members through the implementation of new technology and infrastructure upgrades. Sustaining members receive extra recognition in Laches and at events, and are invited to a special annual reception in their honor. Learn more.
