Summary

Government-mandated closures and other regulations designed to mitigate the effect of COVID-19 have impacted the commercial real estate landscape. This seminar will address current concerns in that marketplace, including:

- commercial landlord/tenant disputes and district court operations - construction issues, including environmental factors hazardous materials and due diligence - receiverships and bankruptcy - commercial real estate market, vacancy rates and similarities to the Great Recession
