The Legacy Society of the Oakland County Bar Foundation recognizes and honors those who have chosen to support the foundation through their estate planning or through a donation earmarked for the Legacy Society program. Members of the Legacy Society share a common bond of generosity that nourishes the foundation’s extraordinary achievements, and ensures its future. These planned gifts will benefit foundation programs for generations to come, and allow the foundation to continue to support programs that provide essential legal services to those in Oakland County who critically need but cannot afford such services. The foundation honors the significant role its legacy donors play and is pleased to pay special tribute to their philanthropic leadership and vision.

To take part in the Legacy Society:

• Include the Oakland County Bar Foundation as a beneficiary in your will or trust;

• Make a gift through a charitable gift annuity, charitable remainder trust or charitable lead trust;

• Name the Oakland County Bar Foundation as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy or retirement plan; and/or

• Provide future gifts of real estate and property.
