THE COMMITTEE AT WORK
During the first 45 days of the 2021 legislative session, several hundred House and Senate bills were introduced or reintroduced. The Legislative Committee, with the assistance of the OCBA’s lobbyist, sifted through those bills and discussed the impact of 12 of them that affect various areas of legal practice at their February Legislative Committee meeting.
