New Lawyers Committee

Are you new to practicing law? The New Lawyers Committee (NLC) is a fantastic resource to help you launch your legal career and build valuable connections with your peers. The NLC is open to OCBA members who have been practicing for 10 years or less.

NLC members plan networking and social events, and also organize fundraising and volunteer events. The NLC is a great opportunity to meet your peers within the legal community, build professional connections, and have a good time while doing it. Since 2001, the NLC has donated more than $88,000 to local charitable organizations. 

MEETINGS
The NLC meets monthly (alternating between the OCBA and an off-site location) for food, drink, conversation and conducting the business of the committee. Join us the first Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. Click on the OCBA Calendar of Events for meeting location.
