Probate, Estate and Trust Committee
If your practice area includes probate law, you must join the Probate, Estate and Trust Committee. This active committee meets on a monthly basis to network and to review and take positions on pending Michigan legislation. The committee also works with the Probate Court to make practice more efficient in all aspects, including mental health.
MISSION STATEMENT
The goal of the OCBA Probate, Estate and Trust Committee is to provide a local resource for new and experienced attorneys to engage with one another by sharing information and experiences as we embrace the practice of probate law and estate planning in a collegial environment.
