MISSION STATEMENT
The Criminal Law Committee is tasked with identifying and addressing issues pertinent to Oakland County Criminal Practitioners as well as to assist all OCBA members in recognizing criminal aspects in non-criminal practice. In furtherance of this mission, the Committee is responsible for developing and implementing ongoing educational and growth opportunities to increase the standard of practice among OCBA members by providing a venue through which criminal practitioners can meet, discuss and learn from shared experiences.
MEETINGS
Committee members meet once a month on the third Wednesday of every month at 5:15 p.m. at the OCBA offices to discuss court operations and legal issues of interest, to exchange articles and new case law, and to review courtroom strategies.
