Room Rentals

Do you need to meet with a client? Do you need a neutral place to hold a deposition? Are you conducting a training with your staff and don't have appropriate space in your office? Did you know that you can rent a room at the OCBA?

Four newly-renovated and comfortable rooms are available to rent at the OCBA office. Rooms rates are as low as $20.00 per hour, with discounted rates available for half- and full-day rentals. Rooms are rented on a first-come, first-served basis. All rentals include coffee and water, and free Wi-Fi. The OCBA also has audio/visual equipment and a full kitchen available for additional fees. 

• Presidents Room (Mtg. Room 1) – seating capacity up to eight (8) people

• Award Honorees Room (Mtg. Room 2) – seating capacity up to seven (7) people

• Executive Boardroom – seating capacity 20 people

• Learning Center – seating capacity up to 78 (see Room Rental Configurations for options)

NOTE: Due to the pandemic and fluctuating restrictions, room capacity limits are subject to change. Please contact the OCBA to check on the current capacity limits in each room and for the current visitor policy.
