Right to Approve Attendees
The OCBA reserves the right to approve attendees for any OCBA seminar, meeting or event. If a registrant is not approved for attendance, the registrant will be notified and a refund of their registration fee, if any, will be granted.

Refunds will be given to registrants whose cancellations are received no less than five (5) business days before the event begins. No refunds will be granted thereafter.

To help offset the rising costs of payment processing, the Oakland County Bar Association has implemented up to a 3% credit card surcharge, effective July 1, 2026. This surcharge applies only to credit card transactions and will not exceed our actual cost of acceptance.
