Summary


COURSE DESCRIPTION

Enhance your legal practice with essential insights you may not yet know. This in-person session will cover trust account rules and strategies for avoiding complaints and disciplinary issues—particularly for attorneys practicing in criminal law, estate planning/wills, or litigation. Designed for legal professionals seeking practical guidance, the program will also address warning signs of a deteriorating attorney-client relationship and offer strategies for repair. The session promotes ethical practice and reinforces professional responsibility requirements in Michigan.

 

This seminar will offer 1.5 credits of Ethics to Oakland County appointed counsel.
